Beneath the surface Health Club is different from your regular "gym". We offer personalized tailored services with continual assessment in very luxurious surroundings with state of the art new equipment. We provide nutritional assessment and advice to all our members & clients. Not only will you have availability of the state of the art gym and fully equipped fitness studio but also Beneath The Surface offers small (6-8 people) personalized group classes for Yoga, Pilates. In house classes such as: Total Body tone, Boxing, Stress Management and Full abs -all classes are provided free of charge to members.
Beneath the Surface has a strict confidentiality policy with all members & private clients. The use of mobile phones is not permitted in the club. Special arrangements are in place for medical & legal professionals.

Monday - Friday - 6.30am - 9pm
Saturday - 8am - 1pm
