5.30 - 6pm - Circuits
7.15 - 8pm - Pilates (Level 1) (6 week course 12 classes) €140

7am - 7.30am - Circuits
12.00 - 12.45pm - Pilates (Level 1) (6 week course 6 classes) €70
6.30pm - 7.15pm - Boxing (Mixed)
Wednesday:
11 - 11.45am - Flexibility
12.15 - 1pm - Body Sculpt
6.15 - 6.45pm - Boxing (Female only)
7 - 7.30pm - Boxing (Male only)
Thursday:
7.45am - 8.20am - Body Sculpt
12 - 12.45pm - Pilates (Level 1) (6 week course 12 classes) €140
6pm - 6.45pm - 4 x 4 Full body Conditioning
Friday:
7.00 - 7.45am - Kettle Bell Circuits
12.15 - 12.55pm - Med Ball Abs
1 - 1.30pm - 4 x 4 Full Body Conditioning
